Shamrock Trading Corporation’s RTS division is seeking a Business Development Representative in Charlotte. You will onboard new clients, maintain relationships, and explore growth opportunities while supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

The role emphasizes customer focus, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team in the transportation and logistics sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in customer service or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and MS Office is required.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to set up new business and onboard clients.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through clear communication.
• Analyze client accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of requests and solutions aligned with client goals.
• Communicate status of client relationships clearly and promptly.
• Assist in strategic planning, market positioning and competitive analysis.
• Support product marketing through launches, presentations and tools.
• Continuously refine processes to stay ahead of customers in relevant industries.
• Track metrics for programs and activities.
