Jacobs is seeking an Entry Level Mechanical Engineer to join our Advanced Facilities Data Centers team, focusing on building mechanical systems including HVAC and piping. You will perform field investigations, interface with clients and vendors, and prepare construction design packages under supervision.

You’ll develop design criteria, create Air Flow Diagrams and P&IDs, and provide system design calculations while collaborating with architectural and engineering teams to meet client

Qualifications

• Desire to design building mechanical systems, including HVAC and piping.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Develop design criteria, Air Flow Diagrams (AFDs) and P&IDs.
• Coordinate with architecture and other engineering trades under supervision.
• Prepare construction design packages and system design calculations.

Skills

Desire to design building mechanicals

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

EIT or ability to obtain within 6 months
