Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in the Fayetteville, AR area. You will participate in an 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management, with relocation support when promoted.

As you grow, you'll originate new loan business, educate customers on lending options, assist with recruiting and training, and help meet sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves >50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs to recommend suitable loan and insurance products.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services, credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and developing plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values and customer experience.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, make credit decisions, administer closings and process insurance claims.
