Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to learn branch operations and advance to Branch Manager. You will complete an 18–24 month paid training, then manage your own branch with relocation support on promotion.

Responsibilities include helping customers meet financial goals, originating loans, and guiding applicants through the process. The role emphasizes teamwork, professional development, and an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training, and developing sales plans to meet goals.
• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs to propose solutions.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and debt consolidation options.
• Manage loan applications, risk analysis, and loan closings; assist with insurance claims.
