Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow into a Branch Manager. You will participate in an 18-24 month paid training program, learning branch operations and leadership, with a full relocation package when promoted.

Your focus is on helping customers meet their financial goals, originating new loan business, educating on lending services, and guiding customers through the application process while delivering outstanding service and supporting sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year+ of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing; relocation for promotion to Branch Manager with full package for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting and training and developing plans to meet sales goals.
• Learn branch operations and management through an 18–24 month paid training program.
• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services, including credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Guide applicants through the loan process and make payment reminder calls when needed.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, make credit decisions, and administer closings.
• Promote core values and ensure an outstanding customer experience; relocation to Branch Manager when promoted.
