Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC in Fayetteville, GA is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to learn branch operations and grow into a Branch Manager. The position offers a paid 18–24 month training program, relocation assistance, and a clear path to management within a supportive team.

You will help loan customers, assess needs, educate on products, and support recruiting and sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations.
• Ability to work independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products. Eligibility is based on a criminal background check conducted by the state’s department of insurance.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role. Full Relocation package is provided for moves more than 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training as well as developing and implementing plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values.
• Grow the branch and promote from within; learn branch operations and management during the training program.
• Help customers meet financial goals, originate new loan business, and educate on consumer lending services.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, make credit decisions, and process loan closings.
• Handle insurance claims processing and provide excellent customer experience.
