Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to join our on-site team. You will complete an 18–24 month paid training program in branch operations and management, then take responsibility for your own branch, with relocation support when promoted.

You will help customers meet their financial goals by originating new loan business, educating on lending options, and guiding applicants through the process while supporting recruitment and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment; prioritization skills.
• Must meet standards for background checks, driving record, and criminal/credit history.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• 18–24 month on-the-job paid training program to learn branch operations and management.
• Promotion to Branch Manager typically requires relocation; full relocation package provided when promoted.
• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and debt consolidation options; assist with loan applications and reminders.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and developing plans to meet sales goals while upholding core values.
• Contribute to an outstanding customer experience and growth of the branch.
