Republic Finance is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow with a rapidly expanding financial services team. You will learn branch operations in an 18–24 month paid training program, then manage your own branch and help meet sales goals.

Relocation assistance is provided for promotion into a Branch Manager role. The role emphasizes customer service, lending, and developing leadership skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales, or related field.
• 1 year of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loan origination and customer needs analysis to drive sales.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of branches; help meet sales goals.
• Manage loan applications, risk analysis, and credit decisions as part of branch duties.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager to ensure excellent customer experience and growth opportunities.
