Job summary

Mansfield Service Partners in Houston, TX is seeking an Entry-Level Billing Clerk. No prior billing experience is required; we will provide training to help you succeed in the role.

You’ll primarily review information for accuracy, enter and submit customer invoices, and process billing corrections when needed. This is a full-time, hybrid position with remote Fridays and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and established processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review quotes, pricing, shipping documents, and other information for accuracy.
• Enter billing information and process customer invoices.
• Submit invoices through customer portals.
• Send invoices by email or mail as needed.
• Review requests for invoice corrections.
• Make approved changes and process credits and rebills.
• Maintain accurate and organized billing records and documentation.
• Track invoice corrections for monthly reporting.
• Follow established processes and procedures.
• Assist with other billing and administrative tasks as needed.
