Job summary

Responsibilities

• Record, file, and maintain all utility and Fusion transactions.
• Assist customers with new services, transfers, and disconnections in person or by phone.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries.
• Multitask, work under stress, and collaborate with colleagues.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
