Preferred bilingual Spanish speakers will help process utility accounts, billing, transfers, and payment arrangements while maintaining accurate records and ensuring excellent customer service aligns with city policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Six months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, electronic and face-to-face support to customers.
• Assist with cash handling, payments, and billing tasks.
• Assist peers with questions, errors, and escalated issues.
