Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Able to stay engaged on the phone with minimal distractions.
• Proficient with multiple windows/tabs while delivering customer service.
• Typing assessment required.
• Schedules vary and weekend/holiday availability.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities
