Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Clinician in Training to join our team in Rhode Island. This entry-level Behavior Analyst role pairs you with an experienced BCBA mentor to learn all responsibilities and tasks needed to eventually run consults.

You will share caseloads, develop learner materials, and participate in ongoing program updates within our center-based settings for children aged 2–9. Phase-by-phase training covers shadowing, programming changes, and independent consults, while

Qualifications

• Entry-level Behavior Analyst pathway through CiT Training.
• Mentored by a BCBA supervisor to accelerate client success.

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BCBA mentor.
• Create learning materials for caseload learners (post-MRS training).
• Assist in maintenance of therapy materials for learners on caseload.
• Assist with CST for new hires entering pod as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with BICs as assigned by BCBA.
• Support integrity checks and training BTs on new programming implemented by BCBA.
• Assist with monthly progress reports.
