Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Ramsey, New Jersey is seeking a full-time Clinician in Training to join our dedicated team. In this entry-level role, you will gain hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as you work with children diagnosed with autism.

Qualifications

• Must be in the process of finishing supervision (last 3-4 months) or newly certified.
• Demonstrate Bierman’s core values.
• Able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BA who serves as a mentor.
• Assist with creating materials for learners on caseload.
• Assist with ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming.
