Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales (to include sales major/clubs/internships).
• Strong desire for a career in Business-to-Business/relationship-based sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and a high standard of character and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust a list of target accounts and prospects using all available internal and external resources.
• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships by leveraging CRMs and external networking tools.
• Conduct well-prepared meetings with decision makers to qualify opportunities and create value for clients.
• Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
• Partner with recruiting to identify top talent to fulfill client needs.
