Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group in the United States is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring and expanding clients in the facility management sector. You will undergo comprehensive training to learn our operations, products, sales processes, and client management strategies.

This role requires consultative selling, strategic thinking, and strong communication to deliver value and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 0–6 years' experience in inside sales, account management, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in facility maintenance sales is a plus.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication and public speaking.
• Proficient with Salesforce and common CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize service delivery.
• Provide regular updates on sales metrics and forecasts.
