As an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate, you’ll drive your own success by managing a territory, meeting business owners, and presenting Altitude's insurance solutions. You’ll set your schedule, develop strategies, and lead yourself toward achieving and surpassing goals.

You’ll receive training and support, with a focus on autonomy, initiative, and growth within a collaborative team that values independence and results.

Qualifikationen

• Self-motivated professionals who thrive on independence.
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience in outside sales.

Aufgaben

• Develop and own your sales territory with full autonomy.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers in your territory.
• Conduct cold calls and in-person meetings to present Altitude's offerings.
• Identify client needs and deliver customized insurance solutions.
• Drive personal sales goals and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
