Job summary

Altitude invites independent leaders to take control of their careers. As an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate, you’ll own your sales territory, build relationships with business owners, and drive your own success with training and support from Altitude.

You’ll cold-call, conduct face-to-face meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions, setting your own schedule and earning through draw pay, bonuses, and commissions in a role designed for autonomy and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license.
• Independence and self-motivation in outside sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop your sales territory with full autonomy.
• Build relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
• Conduct cold calls and in-person client meetings.
• Present Altitude's insurance offerings and tailor solutions.
• Set your own schedule and track monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics daily.
