Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician to professionally service guests' vehicles and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will join an entry-level role with formal training and certification through our program, supporting a busy service center.

You will promote teamwork, communicate clearly with guests and teammates, and adhere to safety standards while handling routine inspections, oil changes, and fluid checks.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g., retail, service, hospitality).
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Participate in training program to gain certification in offered services.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care during all hours.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level technicians.
• Check oil level and tire pressure; inspect and refill fluids as needed.
• Document work performed on repair orders; report safety issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center; follow safety policies.
