Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and uphold quality standards. This entry-level role includes hands-on training through our certification program to prepare you for advancement.

You will work on daily tasks such as oil changes, tire checks, fluid top-ups, and vehicle inspections while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure high quality workmanship and guest satisfaction.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters as part of routine maintenance.
• Check oil level and tire pressure; ensure proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluids; document all work on the repair order.
