Team Car Care West, LLC is hiring a General Service Technician to service customers’ vehicles and deliver a top-notch guest experience. You will participate in our training program to receive certification across our offered services, paving the way for growth within the company.

This is an entry-level role with bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include assisting guests, maintaining a clean shop, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring safety and quality in every service

Qualifications

• Entry-level GST with company training and certification.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Excellent guest service and clear communication with customers.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Team-oriented with willingness to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-time, accurate guest care during all hours.
• Communicate clearly with guests about vehicle status.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Assist junior technicians and mentor when needed.
• Inspect oil levels, tire pressure, fluids; document work.
• Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
• Report safety issues to management.
