Team Car Care West, LLC (US) seeks a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and deliver quality work. You will undergo an esteemed training program to certify and gain expertise across offered services, setting you up for a successful automotive care career within our team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong work ethic, dependable and able to work in a team.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and communicate clearly about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior technicians and support team members.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates; ensure proper tire pressure.
• Inspect and refill fluids as necessary and document all work performed.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting and working in varying temperatures.
