106 Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a part-time General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and ensure a positive guest experience. The role includes training through our program, certification opportunities, and a pathway to progression within the team.

You will start in an entry-level position, perform oil and fluid checks, tire and safety inspections, and learn to communicate findings clearly to guests while maintaining a clean work area and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience or similar.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/auto environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional vehicle service to guests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with guests about services performed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Document work accurately on repair orders.
• Assist and mentor junior technicians as needed.
