107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is looking for a General Service Technician to professionally service guests' vehicles and ensure quality work and a great guest experience. You will receive hands-on training and certification through our program, enabling you to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Excellent communication with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles and needs.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level technicians.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues.
