Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician to service guests' vehicles and gain certification through our training program. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles professionally to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in the training program to receive certification and expertise in offered services.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during operating hours.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center and follow safety protocols.
