Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a General Service Technician to professionally service guests' vehicles and provide an outstanding guest experience. You will start in an entry-level role with a robust training program that certifies you in all offered services, setting you up for long-term success.

The position emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and maintaining a clean, safe shop environment while you learn and grow in the automotive field.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to deliver top-notch quality work and guest experience.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles to teammates.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable at all times.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Inspect vehicles, check oil level, tire pressure, and fluid levels; perform necessary refills.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
