Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Professionally service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Receive training and certification across our service offerings.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all operating hours.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates; ensure proper tire pressure.
• Inspect and refill fluids and document all work on the repair order.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in the service center.
