Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments.
• Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Write up vehicle problems clearly on the repair order.
• Test drive the vehicle with the customer as needed.
• Provide a complete written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Establish and communicate promised times; coordinate with dispatcher.
• Notify customers of progress and changes to estimates or times.
