Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments.
• Greet customers in a timely manner and collect vehicle data.
• Write up customers' vehicle problems on the repair order.
• Test drive the vehicle with the customer as needed.
• Provide a written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Establish and communicate the promised time with customers.
• Obtain customer signature on repair orders and provide a copy.
• Notify dispatcher of incoming work and monitor progress.
