Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments.
• Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Write up customers' vehicle problems clearly on the repair order.
• Test drive the vehicle with the customer when needed.
• Provide a written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Establish promoted time and communicate updates to customers.
• Close repair orders and ensure proper parts and keys handling.
• Explain completed work to customers and maintain quality control.
