The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, automotive training or experience, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities include scheduling, repair recommendations, and maintaining effective customer expectations in a fast-paced, team environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Broad automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance with strong communication.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules service for customers in person or on the phone to diagnose problems.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs while setting expectations.
• Ensures required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Follows safety policies and attends staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Helps educate/train new staff members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
