Cavender Toyota, a Cavender Auto Family dealership, is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Consultant to guide customers through the vehicle-buying process and build lasting relationships. No sales experience is required, with ongoing training and uncapped commission potential.

You’ll work a 5-day schedule with potential for growth and benefits, supported by a culture focused on integrity, ownership, and customer care within a trusted nationwide brand.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn in a commission-based environment.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Welcoming customers and assisting them in selecting the right vehicle.
• Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features.
• Assisting with financing options and purchase paperwork.
• Following up with customers to maintain relationships and satisfaction.
• Learning product knowledge, dealership processes, and sales techniques through training.
