Cavender Auto Family is seeking a Sales Consultant in Texas to join our team. You will greet customers, identify vehicle needs, present new and used vehicles, and guide them through the sales process from test drive to paperwork.

You will use CRM to track interactions and present deal structures and financing options. The role emphasizes high customer satisfaction, ongoing training, and delivery coordination, with opportunities for business development via phone and email.

Formación

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proven record of positive customer service outcomes.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Submit to MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and identify vehicle needs, guiding through the sales process.
• Present new and used vehicles with high-quality demonstrations.
• Use CRM to track customer interactions.
• Present deal structure and finance products.
• Follow up with customers to maintain satisfaction.
• Complete training modules on new vehicles and features.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Arrange delivery and vehicle registration.
• Contact prospects by phone and email for business development.
