Job summary

Cavender Toyota is seeking Experienced Internet/BDC Sales Associates to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. You will engage with internet leads, follow up to maximize sales opportunities, and schedule showroom or service appointments, driving relationships through the CRM and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internet or BDC sales within a dealership (required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license, clean MVR, and ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internet leads by phone, email, and text to build relationships and drive appointments.
• Follow up with internet inquiries and unsold showroom traffic to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle inbound calls and respond promptly and professionally to customer questions.
• Identify customer needs, provide product/service information, and schedule showroom or service appointments.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently present vehicle features, benefits, and promotions.
• Build long-term relationships that create repeat and referral business.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team, upholding Cavender's values of professionalism and integrity.
