Job summary

Cavender Toyota, part of Cavender Auto Family, is seeking Experienced Internet/BDC Sales Associates to join our growth. The role focuses on engagement with internet leads, follow-ups, and scheduling showroom or service appointments to drive sales while maintaining Cavender’s values of integrity and customer care.

You will work with a collaborative sales team to deliver exceptional experiences, build relationships, and promote vehicles through a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internet or BDC sales within a dealership.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and ability to pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internet leads by phone, email, and text to build relationships and drive appointments.
• Follow up with internet inquiries and unsold showroom traffic to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle inbound calls and respond promptly and professionally to customer questions.
• Identify customer needs, provide product/service information, and schedule showroom or service appointments.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently present vehicle features, benefits, and promotions.
• Build long-term relationships that create repeat and referral business.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team, upholding Cavender’s values of professionalism and integrity.
