Nucar Toyotaof North Kingstown is seeking motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team. You will guide customers through vehicle selection, build lasting relationships, and demonstrate cars with a focus on satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget.
• Build relationships through exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads.
• Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and protection products.
• Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction standards.
• Keep accurate customer records using our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
