Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with insureds and claimants; verify benefits, coverages, fault, and claims process.
• Investigate to determine liability and damages; obtain statements.
• Negotiate within settlement authority to resolve first and third-party claims.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments as required.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries.
• Overtime and holiday hours may be required.
