Job summary

Kapnick Insurance in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an Entry-Level Associate Account Manager to support clients through pre-sale, renewal, and post-renewal stages. You will work on benchmarking, open enrollment, and implementation tasks while learning our processes.

No prior insurance experience is required as training is provided; you will develop skills in client service, documentation, and collaboration with the team to deliver value for middle-market clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior insurance experience is necessary.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with benchmarking for middle market prospects.
• Assist with marketing efforts for middle market prospects.
• Audit new implementation setup in EPIC and create the client contact list.
• Create client service calendars and support renewal-related tasks.
• Run benchmarking reports and assist with Lens reports to inform strategy.
• Prepare Open Enrollment documents and assist with OE presentations.
• Assist with post-renewal tasks including policy updates in EPIC.
