Kapnick Insurance Group is seeking an entry-level Associate Account Manager to support clients through pre-sale to post-renewal stages. You will assist with benchmarking, EPIC implementations, and creating client service calendars while learning on the job.

No prior insurance experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided. This role emphasizes client satisfaction, teamwork, and process improvement within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the client lifecycle from pre-sale to post-renewal initiatives.
• Assist with benchmarking and marketing for middle market prospects.
• Audit new business implementation in EPIC and help create client service calendars.
• Prepare documents and assist with Open Enrollment presentations.
• Audit carrier implementations and update policies post-renewal.
• Handle routine claims and keep client records up to date.
• Contribute to process improvements and uphold company values.
