Kapnick Insurance is seeking an Entry-Level Associate Account Manager who will support the client lifecycle from pre-sale to post-renewal. The role involves benchmarking, marketing, and creating client service calendars in EPIC, with emphasis on open enrollment and post-renewal documentation.

The position requires enthusiasm, strong organization, and a collaborative mindset, with no prior insurance experience required and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with benchmarking and marketing for middle market prospects.
• Audit new business implementation in EPIC and create client service calendars.
• Run benchmarking reports and assist with cost comparisons using Lens reports.
• Prepare Open Enrollment documents and assist with client presentations.
• Audit carrier implementations and update policies after renewals.
• Handle routine claims and maintain client records; participate in special projects.
• Contribute to process improvements and uphold Kapnick values.
