Job summary

Kapnick Insurance Group is seeking an Entry-Level Associate Account Manager to support the client lifecycle from pre-sale to post-renewal. Training is provided with no prior insurance experience required, and you will learn on the job.

You will assist with benchmarking, EPIC implementation, client service calendars, renewals, and claims support in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school education required; GED accepted.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support benchmarking and marketing for middle market prospects.
• Coordinate new business implementation in EPIC and client service calendars.
• Run renewal benchmarking and cost comparisons; assist with Lens reports.
• Prepare open enrollment documentation and presentations.
• Audit carrier implementations and maintain client records; assist with special projects.
