Job summary

HTU is seeking an energetic outside sales representative to knock on doors in residential neighborhoods in Maine. You will engage homeowners, build rapport, identify needs, and schedule appointments for the sales team; no closing required.

You’ll track leads and participate in ongoing training to sharpen skills. This role offers $21.00 per hour base plus uncapped bonuses; typical monthly bonuses range from $1,500 to $3,000, with top performers earning even more.

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners.
• Availability Monday through Saturday.
• Use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication and scheduling.
