Qualifications

• 0–2 years of Appliance Service Technician experience required.
• 0–2 years of Customer Service role experience required.
• Ability to explain actions taken to customers in an understandable manner.
• Ability to assist in repairs while applying safe practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the repair and maintenance of BSH major appliances.
• Provide progress updates to technicians and customer service teams.
• Assist in the installation of BSH major appliances.
• Travel to all BSP sites within the United States.
• Perform administrative duties including work order updates.
