Qualifications

• 0-2 Years Appliance Service Technician experience required.
• Self-disciplined and motivated.
• Ability to assist in repairs effectively while applying safe practices on the job.
• Able to complete multiple repairs/installations daily.
• Competent in basic computer operation, email, etc.

Responsibilities

• Repair appliances in consumers’ homes and other places of business.
• Assist Field Service Technicians in the repair and maintenance of appliances.
• Provide updates on repair status and challenges encountered.
• Assist in the installation of assigned major appliances.
• Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and necessary documentation.
