Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree is preferred.
• ERP System experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer inquiries and concerns; respond to issues, process paperwork, and enter/confirm orders for assigned accounts.
• Handle end-to-end order and account management; triage quotes, enter RFQs in CRM, and hand off to product launch.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to support growth and handle tactical work for large programs.
• Communicate delays/issues and bridge between customers and Finance, Supply Chain, and Shipping.
• Assist with shipping/receiving to understand the full order lifecycle.
• Identify and document recurring issues to support process improvements.
