Responsabilidades

• Support sales success by performing administrative activities for assigned customers.
• Serve as a customer liaison regarding quotes, purchases, order status, data entry, files, and warranty returns.
• Enter routine orders daily into an ERP system as the primary duty.
• Prepare timely responses to quotes and coordinate pricing and delivery information.
• Review purchase order requirements and provide order acknowledgements in ERP.
• Ensure compliance with export controls and coordinate with related teams as needed.
