The role emphasizes attention to detail and timely responses to inquiries to maintain high service levels. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service, proficiency with NetSuite, HubSpot, and Excel, and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office.
• Strong math skills for unit conversions.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365; Excel experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with NetSuite required.
• Experience with HubSpot desired.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders via portals.
• Provide order status, pricing, and product info.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Coordinate with sales, office, and warehouse teams.
• Assist with quotes and Bron products based on needs.
• Support sales goals and lead qualification.
• Maintain accurate customer and vendor records.
• Assist with inventory issues and product availability.
