Job summary

JBC Technologies, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Associate to serve as the primary contact for a high volume of house accounts and support the inside sales team. This in-person role offers growth through rotation opportunities and cross-functional exposure within our operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage a high volume of inquiries.
• Experience with Microsoft Office required.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
• Customer-service mindset and results-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily customer inquiries and concerns; process orders for assigned accounts.
• Enter RFQs into the CRM and coordinate with product launch team.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to support growth initiatives.
• Communicate delays or issues to customers and coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Shipping.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks to understand order lifecycle.
• Identify recurring issues to support process improvements.
