Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Burbank, CA is seeking an Aerospace Customer Service Admin I for an on-site, full-time role. You will support sales by handling quotes, orders, data entry in ERP, and customer communications, while coordinating with regional sales and ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in regulated customer service, strong ERP/CRM knowledge, and excellent communication skills. US-permit eligibility is required. Benefits include health and 401k offerings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and account management in a regulated environment.
• Fundamental concepts of business administration; pricing, research invoices, payments and debits.
• ERP and CRM knowledge; strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• High School Diploma required; ITAR eligibility for US persons.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely responses to RFQs with pricing and delivery information.
• Review and enter purchase order requirements into ERP; provide order acknowledgments.
• Support accounts receivable to address past due payment issues.
• Process warranty returns and ensure timely processing for customers.
• Maintain relationships by providing accurate shipment status updates.
• Coordinate with demand planning and Regional Sales/Account Managers to capture forecasts.
• Ensure export compliance requirements are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
