Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely responses to customer RFQs with pricing and delivery information.
• Review and enter purchase order requirements in ERP; provide order acknowledgments.
• Support accounts receivable to address past due payments for assigned customers.
• Process warranty returns and ensure timely processing.
• Provide accurate status updates on shipments to customers.
• Coordinate with sales managers to ensure customer forecasts are entered in ERP.
